Hello! My name is Sienna and I am so glad you’re here.
As you’ve embarked on your search for a therapist, I’m sure many questions have come up. What kind of therapist do I need? How will I tell my story? Who will I trust and connect with? Will I ever feel better? While many of these questions are yours to answer, I hope I can help make the search easier.
Like you, I’ve struggled with my mental health, worked to maintain connections and boundaries with others, explored my identity and overall traveled the ups and downs of life. In some ways we may be the same, and in other ways not.
My approach to therapy is based in humanistic existential, narrative and somatic theory. I aim for the process to be collaborative and flexible, knowing that our needs vary from moment to moment. You know yourself best, I am simply in the passenger seat helping navigate and shining a light on details you may have missed. My training is through a culturally competent and trauma informed lens and continues to grow as I grow. I completed my masters degree in art therapy through Lewis and Clark’s school of Education and Counseling in early 2023 and am now working towards a dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR).
Now, let’s talk about art therapy! Many of us have memories of making art as a child whether that be exploring new textures and colors, doodling in class or expressing yourself through music and writing. Either way, we all have some experience in self expression and art making. You don’t need to be an artist to engage in art therapy, all I ask is that you come open and curious. In sessions art therapy can look like a check in at the beginning, a longer project over a period of time, a source of containment or anything in between! Art is limitless and can overall serve as a tool that can help us dive deeper and connect in ways where words alone can limit. I invite you to take the leap and reconnect with your expressive self.
Outside of my role as therapist I can be found creating my own art, searching for rocks along the coast, playing cello or figuring skating with friends. Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your therapist, I look forward to creating art with you soon!
As I am still working towards licensure, I am being supervised by Richard Clark, LPC and Jordan Hubchik, LPC LCAT ATR-BC.

Empowering people to have healthy relationships with themselves, others, and with substances.
I graduated from Pacific University with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology in 2007 and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2011.
I am a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist. I primarily work by changing people’s thoughts and behaviors, which in turn can affect their feelings. I specialize in empowering people to have healthy relationships with their emotions, relationships with others, and with psychedelics.
I have lived in the Pacific Northwest my entire life, and really enjoy the spring and fall weather that we have each year. I’ve been a member of the Burning Man and electronic music communities for over 20 years. Dancing is my favorite form of self-care, and I love to use hula hoops or other flow toys as a way to express my emotions. I’m a nerd who loves cats!

I graduated with my counseling degree from Lewis and Clark in 2012. For the past 12 years, I have been primarily working in community mental health. My background includes working in a crisis mental health setting with people from a variety of backgrounds, as well as working with adolescents and young adults in outpatient mental health setting. I have focused experience in working with individuals who identify as part of the queer community, trans and non-binary folks, as well as who have experienced trauma or who are experiencing major life transitions throughout one’s lifespan from adolescence to end of life. I am kink aware and sex and body positive and have a strong commitment to social justice. I’m currently a registered LPC-Associate working towards licensure in Oregon, under the supervision of Richard Clark, LPC and Jan Eaton-Bennette, LCSW.
Additionally, I have a Master of Arts in applied theology from Marylhurst University and spent 2+ years working as an inclusive spiritual support coordinator in a non-profit interfaith setting. I find that grief work including preparatory and complex grief, addressing spiritual trauma or abuse, and making meaning of life’s journey regardless of spiritual or religious beliefs to be another practice area of significant interest. I have studied mindfulness-based practices through both the lens of mental health as well as Zen Buddhism and have taught meditation at a local Zen temple as well as an adjunct faculty at Portland State University.
I believe each of us has our own innate sense of wisdom and that my role as a counselor is to build a safe and trustworthy therapeutic relationship and to support you in reflecting and reconnecting with your own wisdom and strength, assist you in building skills and supports, and encourage you in making meaning of your journey so that you can live the best most vibrant life for you.

Often we find ourselves stuck with thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that undermine the plans we have for ourselves and our lives. Or we know there’s something more out there, but don’t have dreams, much less being acquainted with the next steps or even where the path starts. We may feel powerless to create something better. Sometimes our lives are pretty good, but need a “tune-up” in a particular aspect of our lives. Being open and curious in therapy is helpful and an act of self-love.
As a therapist, my intention is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, authentic space where all parts of you are welcome and where shifts in healing take place. Together we can better understand your deeper core needs, explore the interconnectedness of your mind, body, emotions, and spirit, and increase your insight and awareness. Collaboratively we will embark on this journey of discovering your values and how to find greater meaning in your life. By focusing on intention, empowerment, and joy, I will support your growth and help you realize your goals. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I am a licensed professional counselor and have 30 years experience helping adults, adolescents, and children recognize their strengths, develop skills, find joy, and unlock doors to success as they define it. My expertise lies in working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, feeling disconnected from themselves or others, who know life can have more meaning, but struggle to find it, or who are grappling with a loss of purpose or meaning. I am compassionate, skilled, and can gently guide you in this process.
I enjoy spending time with my adult children and friends, hiking in nature, traveling, gardening, meditating, and listening to music. I love to laugh and dance. My life has been a journey of healing through the exploration of myself and I am dedicated to navigating life with others with love, purpose, and depth.
